Network Operations Analyst @MMCTech

We are seeking a talented individual to join our NSI Operations Level 1 team at Marsh McLennan. The role will be based in Cluj, Romania and will involve providing technical escalation in a 7x24x365 Operations L1 team, leveraging various operations management tools.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in computer or network science or related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical infrastructure operations/Cloud environment
• Technical experience in network support (Cisco, PaloAlto, Aruba, F5, etc.) and server OS support (Windows, Linux, Container Support)
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and monitoring applications, with experience in Change Control Ticketing and Incident Reporting (ServiceNow experience a plus)
• Availability for Shift: Sunday through Wednesday (10 hours)
