Requirements
- Monitor and respond to network and infrastructure alerts
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows servers and related technologies
- Automate NOC functions using scripting and tools
- Host and manage incident resolution calls
- Maintain and update weekly and monthly NOC reports
- Support Active Directory services for secure and efficient user access
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Perform routine checks on network equipment and configurations
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for incidents and preventive measures
- Follow established incident response and escalation procedures
