Requirements
- 24x7 Service Operation
- Monitoring of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, backup, network, and security devices.
- Categorization and qualification of alerts from monitoring platforms.
- Technical proficiency in multiple monitoring tools like ScienceLogic, Zabbix, and Manage Engine.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Manage Engine, and Ivanti.
- Basic knowledge of Layer 1/2/3 technologies (VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, IP/MPLS, L3VPN, Carrier Ethernet, Transport Network).
