We are seeking a skilled Network & Security L2 Support Engineer to manage and support our client's network infrastructure and security. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining network security, and ensuring compliance. Candidates should have 3-8 years of relevant experience and a B.E./Diploma./BCA/MCA/BTech, or equivalent qualification.
Requirements
- 3–8 Years relevant experience in network and security
- Strong hands-on experience with firewall management
- Knowledge of switching and routing protocols
- VPN setup and troubleshooting
- Experience with network security tools (IDS/IPS, SIEM, Web Filtering)
- Experience with Aruba Wi-Fi controllers and access points
- Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, OpsRamp, Wireshark)
- ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Symphony)
