Network Smart Hands Supervisor

NTT DATA is seeking a Network Smart Hands Supervisor to oversee a team of 15 field technicians responsible for data center and remote IT infrastructure services in a hospital environment. This role involves supervision, training, performance evaluation, and ensuring efficient field service operations, including deployment of ServiceNow and coordination with various teams. The position requires 2+ years of experience, strong network infrastructure knowledge, and a commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing or supervising technical field service teams (hospital preferred).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with network infrastructure, structured cabling, or data center operations.
• Strong organizational, conflict resolution, and multitasking skills.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccination required for access to clinical facilities.
