Network Support Associate (Project-based)

Join Stolt-Nielsen's Business Technology team as an Infrastructure Support Associate (Network) and contribute to the company's success in international storage and distribution of bulk liquids. Assist in designing, maintaining, and updating site and global network diagrams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or vocational certificate in IT
• ITIL(v3) certification (desired)
• Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification (required)
• 1-2 years of working experience in Network support, preferably in an end-user facing environment
• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN concepts, TCP/IP, subnets, and VLANs
• Familiarity with network devices such as switches, routers, and access points
• Experience with diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, NetBrain), using ITIL processes and procedures, and ServiceNow
• Good communication skills written and verbal
