Abacus Technology is seeking a Network Technician for the 14th Flying Training Wing at Columbus AFB, MS. The role involves configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and testing network switching and routing devices across both classified and unclassified networks. Support of voice and data networks is required, with a focus on end-user applications.
Requirements
- Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and test network switching and routing devices.
- Respond to network communication closets and provide on-site customer support.
- Assist with VoIP support and radio frequency identification (RFI) tasks.
- Utilize ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
