Abacus Technology is hiring a Network Technician to support voice and data networks at the 14th Flying Training Wing at Columbus AFB. The role involves configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and testing network devices, providing on-site support, and assisting with network operations. Security+ certification is required.
Requirements
- Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and test network switching and routing devices.
- Respond to network communication closets and provide customer support.
- Assist with VoIP support and maintain equipment accountability.
- Utilize ticketing systems (ServiceNow) for requests and incidents.
- Assist with server and network actions as needed.
Requirements Summary
2+ yrs network support experience. Must be Security+ certified, Cisco/Juniper certified, or able to obtain. Knowledge of CLI/Putty & SolarWinds/Forescout/TACLANE desired
