The Defense & Intelligence Group at Leidos has a career opportunity for a non-secure Voice Specialist in support of the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) IT Services program. The position requires managing and coordinating non-secure telephone capability and support, including ordering, provisioning, and maintenance of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), and analog telephone services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications or IT support
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • Current CompTIA Security+ certification (DoD 8570 compliant)
  • Hands-on experience with VoIP technologies and systems
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow and/or Remedy
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications systems, including circuit provisioning and MAC processes
  • Experience working within Department of Defense (DoD) or similar federal environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
