OCM Consulting Manager

NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic OCM Consulting Manager to delight our clients and support a successful People & Organization Consulting Practice. As a Consulting Manager in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions.

Requirements

• 5+ years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience
• 5+ years of experience contributing to and leading successful OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach
• 2 years or more experience coaching and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 10 members
• Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification
