Requirements

• Design, configure and maintain OnBase solutions (Processor Models, Workflow, Unity) and integrations to support business needs.
• Analyze business processes, recommend and implement application improvements and automation to increase efficiency and delivery performance.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‐cause analysis, resolve user‐reported issues and participate in on‐call rotations with flexible scheduling.
• Collaborate with application peers, infrastructure, security and business stakeholders to optimize end‐to‐end workflows and enforce access/compliance controls.
• Document runbooks, configurations and changes; provide technical support and training; monitor system health and performance using observability tools and metrics.
