NSC Global is seeking an IT Support Technician to strengthen onsite support teams across North America and Canada. The role involves hands-on technical work and direct interaction with end users, supporting end user devices and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of PC and printer hardware
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with standard office applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • Exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
  • Technical college diploma or equivalent in computer science or related field
  • A+ Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • OEM certifications (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, IBM) are an advantage and may be required depending on assignment
