NSC Global is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our onsite support teams across North America and Canada. The successful candidate will provide technical support to end users, resolve hardware and software problems, and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.

Requirements

  • End user computing experience
  • Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • Ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
  • A+ Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • OEM certifications (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, IBM) an advantage
