NSC Global is seeking an IT End User Support Technician to join our onsite support teams across North America and Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end user devices, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of PC and printer hardware
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with standard office applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • Exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
  • A+ Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • OEM certifications (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, IBM) are an advantage
