We are looking for Onsite IT Support Technicians to deliver enhanced digital workplace experience for thousands of users worldwide. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient running of IT systems, providing effective solutions for software and hardware issues, and enabling end users by providing training and education.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience in the following areas: Handling of ServiceNow tickets, Assistance with Software deployment and with Software related issues (Standard & Non-Standard), Support of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating system as well as Microsoft Office 365 suite
