Requirements
- Two or more years of relevant experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in the following areas: Handling of ServiceNow tickets, Assistance with Software deployment and with Software related issues (Standard & Non-Standard), Support of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating system as well as Microsoft Office 365 suite
