Onsite IT Support Techniker (m/f/d)

We are looking for Onsite IT Support Technicians (m/f/d) to support our growth and deliver enhanced digital workplace experience for thousands of users worldwide. As part of our collaboration with a global strategic partner, you will be working onsite at different client locations in Germany, ensuring efficient running of and providing maintenance to various IT systems.

Requirements

• Two or more years of relevant experience
• Fluency in German and English
• Experience in the following areas: Handling of ServiceNow tickets, Software deployment and Software related issues, Support of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating system, Microsoft Office 365 suite
