Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience managing, investigating, resolving high volume cases using an email-based ticketing system
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with G-suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), ServiceNow, and SFDC (sales hygiene, reporting, maintenance) and data governance
- Demonstrated experience taking ownership of a business domain or managing a business process
