We are looking for an Operational Incident Manager who knows how to bring insight, structure, and improvement to the handling of incidents. The role involves analyzing, monitoring, and reporting incidents with significant impact, and working closely with IT teams, process owners, Risk & Compliance, Legal, and customers.

Requirements

  • HBO or WO work and thinking level in, for example, Data Science, Business IT, Data Analytics, or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in data or business analysis, preferably in the mortgage sector
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with Power BI is a plus
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience with systems such as Jira, TOPdesk, or ServiceNow
  • Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management
  • Readiness to work outside regular working hours if necessary
  • Stress-resistant and able to act effectively in crisis situations
  • Good command of the English language in speech and writing
