We are looking for an Operational Incident Manager who can analyze, monitor and report incidents with significant impact, and deliver insights to improve our service delivery. The ideal candidate has strong data analysis skills, experience with ITIL processes, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • HBO or WO work and thinking level, for example in Data Science, Business IT, Data Analytics or Business Economics
  • At least 3 years of experience with data or business analysis, preferably in the mortgage sector
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with Power BI is an asset
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience with systems such as Jira, TOPdesk or ServiceNow
  • Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management
  • Willingness to work outside regular working hours if necessary
  • Stress-resistant and able to act effectively in crisis situations
  • Good command of English in speech and writing
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt your approach to resistance or changing circumstances
  • Customer orientation with insight into the strategic challenges of stakeholders
  • Integrity and care in dealing with confidential information
  • Strong in negotiating and able to effectively weigh interests
  • Persuasiveness and a proactive attitude in collaboration
  • Decision-making ability, even with incomplete information or under time pressure
