We are looking for an Operational Incident Manager who knows how to bring insight, structure and improvement to the handling of incidents. The role involves analyzing, monitoring and reporting incidents with significant impact, and delivering insights to enable continuous improvement of service delivery.
Requirements
- HBO or WO work and thinking level in, for example, Data Science, Business IT, Data Analytics or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of experience with data or business analysis, preferably within the mortgage sector
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with Power BI is a plus
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience with systems such as Jira, TOPdesk or ServiceNow
- Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management
- Willingness to work outside regular working hours if necessary
- Stress-resistant and able to act effectively in crisis situations
- Good command of the English language in speech and writing
