As a Global HR Process Specialist, you will deliver processes and solutions to local HR departments, guiding them in their area of expertise and ensuring alignment with global processes. You will coordinate the implementation of new HR processes and support large HR programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or Business Management related area
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience in an HR process optimization role and/or Consultancy role
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, helicopter view and analytical skills
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Strong ability to develop highly effective partnerships across all levels
- Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo while maintaining a collaborative approach
- Translating business requirements to solid solutions
- Preferable experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Kainos, Quinyx and/or other HR solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail
