Operational Performance & Standard Reporting Lead to spearhead the implementation and delivery of a brand-new Performance Reporting capability, collaborating with HR and system leads to rationalise and compile a complex set of stakeholder requirements. The successful candidate will lead a team of senior analysts, design and deploy Performance Reporting technologies, and provide timely, actionable insights to support HR operations and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, with advanced technical expertise in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Proven ability to combine and manipulate large, complex data sets from enterprise data platforms and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, WorkDay, ServiceNow).
- Strong understanding of HR and Business Support processes, including ticketing, help desk, recruitment, DEI, and performance management.
