The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the seamless day-to-day functioning of our studio by providing high-quality administrative support and cultivating a welcoming professional atmosphere for visitors, employees, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the Building Property Management Office
  • Collaborate with visitors, employees, and vendors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mailroom packages
  • Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the studio
  • Manage office and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take notes
  • Maintain studio databases and project dashboards
  • Help plan and execute team-building activities
  • Communicate studio facilities issues
  • Collaborate with different departments to set up procedures and policies
