Zones is seeking an Operations & Reporting Analyst to support business operations within their global solutioning and architecture team. This role focuses on setting up and maintaining reporting functions, managing opportunity intake, and maintaining associated technology platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about system functionality, and enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with SharePoint
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms
- Understanding of data integrity principles and database concepts
