Operations Specialist - Cloud

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for compilation and delivery of assigned operational tasks, requiring a keen eye for detail, passion for process improvement, and ability to think critically in ambiguous situations.

Requirements

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow experience are a plus
• Able to communicate professionally and clearly through all communication forums (Microsoft Teams, email, and phone)
• Manage escalations in a professional manner
• Maintain timely rigor for operational processes
• Ability to analyze data and provide solutions and/or feedback
• Ongoing maintenance of documented processes
• Implement, develop, and maintain operational processes to drive program success
• Weekly, monthly, Quarterly team performance reporting
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent organization skills and process expertise
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
• Adaptability to an ever-changing work landscape
• Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
