The Operations Specialist will be responsible for compilation and delivery of assigned operational tasks, with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and completeness. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically in ambiguous situations.
Requirements
- Candidate must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow experience are a plus
- Able to communicate professionally and clearly through all communication forums (Microsoft Teams, email, and phone)
- Manage escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain timely rigor for operational processes
- Ability to analyze data and provide solutions and/or feedback
- Ongoing maintenance of documented processes
- Implement, develop, and maintain operational processes to drive program success
- Weekly, monthly, Quarterly team performance reporting
