Syntax is a leading player in managed cloud services and ERP solution integration. We are looking for an Optimization Service Manager to collaborate with clients to provide flexible and efficient SAP optimization services.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in ERP projects, evolutions, and support
- A certification or experience with best practices (ISO, ITIL, COBIT, SIX Sigma, Lean IT)
- A bachelor's degree required, preferably in computer science
- 3 years of experience in team management
- A general understanding of main SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, SD) and the business processes they support
- Experience with ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager or other ITSM tools
- Ability to lead team members, manage multiple responsibilities, and navigate difficult conversations with clients or consultants
