Oracle Financials Consultant

Work with us as an Oracle Financials Consultant in Brisbane, AU. Accountable for L1.5, L2 support and minor enhancements. Required skills include Oracle Cloud General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Oracle Intercompany & Localization, and more.

Requirements

• Accountable : L1.5, L2 support and minor enhancements
• Application Monitoring & Support - Incident management (24x7 on-call, incident bridges, PIR), Break-fix (data), Service recovery management, Integration teams and vendor Coordination
• Application Maintenance – Corrective, preventive and perfective maintenance, Service improvement planning
• Knowledge management - Documentation KBs, ServiceNow/Jira/confluence, Training and development
• Problem management, Heightened Incident Management for P3 and below(where needed) incidents
• Service Level Management & Reporting, Continuous Service Improvement
• Emergency change coordination
• Change deployment and service validation
• Remediating application vulnerabilities
• BCP documentation and periodic exercises
• Disaster recovery documentation and periodic exercises
• Participation and action ownership in Control Testing
• Minor Enhancements (Code changes under 40 hours)
• Basic tuning that may be needed to improve batch performance or address recurring failures/delays
