P&C Continuous Improvement and Automation Expert

Join Roche, where every voice matters. The P&C Continuous Improvement and Automation Expert will lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the People & Culture function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in automation, RPA development, or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with tools like UiPath, Google App Script, or App Sheet.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and structured documentation.
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems (Workday, ServiceNow) preferred.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to drive strategic initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI, ML, chatbots, API integrations, and low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.
