Albemarle is seeking a Regional IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their Budapest team, supporting a wide area of the EMEA region. This role is crucial for resolving user IT issues, troubleshooting systems and applications, and ensuring a seamless IT experience for Albemarle's employees. It involves both technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Assist in the IT team supporting the broader EMEA region (~1500 users).
- Serve as first point of contact for IT incidents and escalate as needed.
- Troubleshoot system and application problems.
- Security focused, deploy patches as required.
- Printer and MFD support.
- Basic PBX support.
- Be aware of IT best practices.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Windows Server/Workstation expertise.
- Virtualization technologies (VMWare) knowledge (advantageous).
- Experience with Microsoft or Azure platforms (advantageous).
- Familiarity with OT/PCS systems.
- Experience with Enterprise Software Systems (ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams)
