Requirements
- Academic degree in a related field (Information Technology, Software engineering, business informatics, etc.)
- 5+ years of professional experience in architecture or development (with ServiceNow ITOM focus)
- Proficiency with ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM business processes
- Deep IT/Cloud DevOps knowledge and ability to designing large-scale IT systems
- Experience in agile application delivery processes (SAFe)
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
