As a ServiceNow Solution Consultant at Plat4mation, you will be part of an innovative team dedicated to helping our clients unlock the full potential of the ServiceNow platform. We are looking for an expert in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) who can take charge of client roadmapping, design impactful solutions, and guide implementation teams to success.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of practical experience with the ServiceNow SPM module
- Master at least one other key ServiceNow module (e.g., CSM, ITOM, ITSM)
- Solid understanding of business processes related to project portfolio management and resource management
- Strong consulting skills: ability to lead workshops, manage client expectations, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Perfect mastery of French and English; knowledge of German is an asset
