We're looking for a Business Consulting Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Business Consulting Specialist, you will work closely with clients to bridge business goals with the power of the ServiceNow platform. You'll play a key role in shaping digital strategies, designing scalable processes, and delivering enterprise-level solutions.

Requirements

• Drive process design, governance, KPIs, and control frameworks at a strategic level.
• Lead ServiceNow Projects(ITSM, ITOM etc) and enterprise service management consulting engagements.
• Run executive workshops and pitch functional ServiceNow solutions.
• Present high-level demos, conduct gap analyses, and translate needs into actionable solutions.
• Define operating models, roles, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Align solutions with ITIL standards and ensure platform coherence.
• Support organizational transformation through strong stakeholder engagement.
• Implement ServiceNow systems aligned with enterprise architecture and process maturity.
