The PAC Retail Online Production Support Analyst will provide production support, coordinating IS&T problem-solving with business partners and driving change to build fault tolerance within tools and systems. The role involves identifying issues, applying data analytical skills, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver operational improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal customers or partner teams
- Deep passion for solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions
- Ability to communicate with and influence at all levels of an organization
- Ability to occasionally work weekends and holidays to provide critical support coverage
- Experience with SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC)
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business process optimization
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
