We are looking for a motivated student to join our IT Process & Business Demand Management team in Dortmund. As a part-time student, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of IT processes, working on IT projects, and maintaining structure and organization.
Requirements
- a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- experience in IT project management and knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow (desirable)
