Partner Experience Associate will ensure compliance and integrity across partner-sourced deals, improve partner satisfaction, and support scalable growth of the partner program.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in partner operations, compliance, customer operations, or channel management, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong process orientation and attention to detail in auditing and documentation.
- Skilled in data organization, reporting, and root-cause analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for case documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated judgment and fairness in decision-making; comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (e.g., HubSpot CRM, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
- Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills for audit tracking and data review.
- Proficient (Fluent) English level.
- Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them.
