Lion is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented People Experience Coordinator to join their team in Sydney, NSW. This full-time, on-site position involves coordinating and maintaining reception, onboarding new hires, managing visitor requests, and supporting HR systems, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Co-ordinate and maintain a high standard of reception.
  • Manage office onboarding process for new starters.
  • Present a professional, friendly image to visitors.
  • Deliver resolution of Tier 1 service requests within defined SLAs.
  • Report on key trends in ServiceNow to inform team action.
  • Maintain HR System Knowledge Articles within ServiceNow.
  • Ensure compliance in safety induction at York St.
  • Create an engaging customer service experience for Leaders and Team Members.

Requirements Summary

3+ years customer service exp. RSA cert. SAP & ServiceNow experience preferred. Strong communication & interpersonal skills a must
