The People Operations Associate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support services to over 2,000 Morningstar employees in EMEA, handling matters such as onboarding/offboarding, benefits, payroll, and immigration. The role will also support global and regional People & Culture programs and projects.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an international corporate environment
- Proficient in English and French, with additional European languages a plus
- Prior experience or basic knowledge of Workday HCM, ServiceNow or other HR tools
