Coinbase is seeking a People Operations Associate Generalist to deliver an exceptional employee experience through repeatable and scalable HR tasks, projects, and programs. The role will work as part of a team to manage and triage employee requests, execute tier 1 People Operations processes, and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement new processes and HR services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Coordinator roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Experience working in a high-volume, shared service environment with a ticketing system (e.g., Jira or ServiceNow).
