We are looking for a People Operations Partner to join our team in Singapore. The role will involve handling various People transactions, partnering with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, and operating and improving ServiceNow HRSD cases and workflows.
Requirements
- Handle a variety of People transactions (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, job changes, leaves) with accuracy and compliance;
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to support program rollouts (e.g., engagement surveys, compensation changes, headcount planning);
- Coordinate with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and regional Operations to ensure seamless execution of lifecycle events and a frictionless employee experience;
- Operate and improve ServiceNow HRSD cases, catalogs, and workflows;
- Curate, standardize, and localize knowledge articles;
- Collaborate on Workday–ServiceNow integration improvements and process changes;
- Use service analytics and dashboards to monitor intake mix, SLAs, backlog health, and adoption;
- Create simple how-to guides, and quick-reference content;
- Uphold data privacy, security, and audit readiness;
