Requirements

• Design and develop self-service portal on ServiceNow.
• Lead the integration of AI-powered chatbots within the portal.
• Design and build ServiceNow process workflows.
• Design and build ServiceNow performance analytics.
• Ensure ServiceNow process documentation is up to date.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for streamlining.
• Drive adoption of new tools and processes.
• Engage with stakeholders.
• Ensure process and service documentation is maintained and aligned with compliance requirements.
