Mirakl is seeking a People Operations Specialist to combine service design, systems operations, and AI-powered automation to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience globally. The role focuses on standardizing processes, ensuring data privacy, and managing compliance with global regulations. The specialist will serve as a regional product owner for the HR tech stack, driving improvements to data quality and cycle times.
Requirements
- 5+ years in People Operations/HR Operations
- 3+ years administering an HRIS
- Hands-on experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, Greenhouse/Lever, ServiceNow HRSD, Zendesk/Jira, DocuSign/Adobe Sign, Okta/OneLogin
- Solid understanding of data privacy (GDPR/CCPA, SOC 2/ISO)
- Proficiency in building workflows, approvals, and integrations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
