The People Operations Supervisor will oversee the People Operations Coordinators within the UK Hub, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, and driving continuous improvement. This role involves balancing operational oversight with coaching, stakeholder management, and process enhancement, and leading a team of coordinators. Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within HR shared services, operations, or a customer service environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, payroll (HR changes and checking), and employee benefits in the UK context.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Experience working with enterprise HR systems and ticketing platforms like ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop team members in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with experience reviewing data, interpreting trends, and using insights.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Resilient and adaptable with ability to manage priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience in process documentation, knowledge management, or training delivery (a plus).
