People Partner, Advisor

The role involves advising managers on talent actions, representing employee voice in regional/frontline sites, and ensuring compliance with HR laws. Collaboration with Talent Strategy Partners is key to employee experience enhancement.

Requirements

• Advisory and advisory support for managers and employees.
• Facilitate talent management initiatives.
• Represent employee voice and address employee relations concerns.
• Provide employee relations consulting.
• Partner with COE on talent processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve employee services.
• Ensure HR compliance.
• Mentor and guide colleagues.
• Proficient in HR systems (HCM software, ServiceNow).
