NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join their global NTT DATA Group team. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions to support SAP Consulting and other digital transformation initiatives. Requirements
- Experience in a global implementation
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model (CMDB and CSDM)
- Good understanding of ServiceNow ITOM is an advantage
- Deep understanding of integration hub
- Practical experience development based on RIA technology & frameworks, for example: Angular JS, JavaScript, Python, Perl, HTML, CSS is an advantage
- Practical experience in integration of various platforms / products into one solution, for example using middleware, scripts, synchronous and asynchronous APIs
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
