People Program Manager

Snowflake is seeking a People Program Manager to coordinate and complete projects on time and within budget, overseeing all aspects of People Team business and systems projects. The role involves defining scope, managing resources, and ensuring project success through collaboration with stakeholders and strict adherence to project management methodologies. Collaboration with all affected departments and consistent communication with stakeholders are key responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant and progressive project management experience
• Ability to report to a Snowflake office (Menlo Park, Bellevue, or NYC) 3+ days per week
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with HR practices, processes & standard metrics
• Knowledge of HR software integrations, especially Workday and ServiceNow
• Highly proficient in utilizing various computer applications, especially Google Suite
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
