People Services Generalist - IPT & LFH (fixed term) in Budapest, Sanofi Business Operations, Váci Greens. The role involves providing expertise on mobility processes, stakeholder management, HR tools, and supporting employees throughout their journey at Sanofi. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Services, global mobility management, and data privacy rules.

Requirements

• Graduate or master's degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experience
• Strong English language knowledge (min. B2-C1) is a must & knowledge of other European language is welcome
• First hands on experience in a HR Services role preferably in an international multicultural environment
• Soft and technical skills
• Broad understanding on HR processes (advantageous)
• Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR etc.)
• Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills
• Relevant experience in global mobility management
• Proficient knowledge on statutory and legal regulations is required
• Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday & ServiceNow (advantageous), Assignment Pro
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel (essential)
