As People Services Generalist (Polish Speaker) within our People Services team, you’ll manage the employee life cycle processes, starting from the hiring process & onboarding until the coordination and administration of termination and off boarding activities for the Central and South Europe (CSE) region.

Requirements

  • First hands on experience in HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
  • Broad understanding of HR processes and activities
  • Fluent in English and Polish is a must & knowledge of other European language is welcome
  • Graduate or master’s degree with HR / business administration or equivalent previous experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel
  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday & ServiceNow
  • Self-motivated & result-driven, with a strong ambition and commitment to delivering high quality services
  • Strong customer centricity & ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
