People Systems Analyst - ServiceNow HRSD, ER & AI

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a People Systems Analyst to support its ServiceNow platform and related tools, focusing on HRSD, ER, and AI applications. Requirements

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience in HRSD, ER, Employee Center Pro, AI, and on current release
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Understanding of business process management, project management, product development, user experience/voice of customer, and technical change management
• Knowledge of table structure, security, and roles
• Business acumen, including critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
