Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a platform analyst or similar product-focused, cross-functional role.
• Understanding of application lifecycles and basic software development practices.
• Comfort working across global teams and time zones.
• Experience managing backlog, writing user stories, and supporting delivery sprints.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and incident management best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
