The platform architect builds the architectural solutions for the ServiceNow platform, advises on implementation concepts, facilitates solutions delivery, and sets the technical foundation for ServiceNow implementation. The role involves customer consulting, solution integration, governance, and documentation.
Requirements
- Schlumbers' digital infrastructure and software solutions are covered.
- ISA (CSA), CTA and other ServiceNow Implementation Certifications are a plus.
- Experience in ServiceNow architecture design.
- Strong team work and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes (optional).
Requirements Summary
Understanding of ServiceNow portfolio, platform architecture. Strong technical skills (JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST/SOAP) are a plus. Solid team approach and problem-solving abilities are needed
