We are looking for a PMO Analyst to support the PMO Lead in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives. The role involves supporting, monitoring and evaluating performance of Finance Change project delivery, assisting Project Managers with project status reporting, and ensuring the change control process is administered for the business portfolio.
Requirements
- Highly motivated, organised and proactive individual with a commitment to achieving exceptional results and challenging the status quo
- Effective stakeholder communication and ability to build strong relationships with other functional areas
- Strong communication skills verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience of managing stakeholders across a range of business areas, preferably within Financial Services
- Experience of formal reporting of data in a change environment, ideally within previous PMO roles
- Experience of using an electronic system to capture and retrieve information
